Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our ranch-to-table process.
How is your beef shipped to ensure freshness?
All our beef is flash-frozen at the peak of freshness and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure it arrives frozen at your doorstep.
Where does Pumpkin Creek Ranch beef come from?
Every cut of meat we sell is raised directly on our family ranch in Colorado. We maintain full control over the animal's welfare and diet from birth to harvest.
Do you ship outside of Colorado?
Yes, we ship our premium beef products to all 48 contiguous states. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your distance from our Colorado ranch.
Is your beef grass-fed or grain-finished?
Our cattle are pasture-raised and grass-fed for the majority of their lives, then finished with a high-quality grain ration to ensure superior marbling and flavor.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my beef once it arrives?
Upon delivery, immediately place your beef in the freezer. If you plan to cook it within 3-5 days, you may store it in the refrigerator. Always keep products vacuum-sealed until ready for use.
