We put an extra year and a half into our animals, letting them roam while eating a delicious blend of grass, seeds, and small grains. It took three years to grow this steak and 21 days to dry-age it.
The Denver steak comes from the chuck primal so it will respond well to marinade and good sear! Pair with veggies, friends, and great conversation.
